The Art of GDI Archetypes - through creative exploration, paint your true colors

In our experience, some people are challenged by getting out of their heads and approaching their archetype from their hearts.  Dr Pauline Crawford will share how the four GDI (Gender Dynamics Intelligence) Archetypes - Ruler Philosopher Magician Sovereign - present themselves and will share some stories as to how they manifest in daily life..

Christine Barone - an expert art facilitator and Founder of Paint Your Heart Workshops, engages your heart and mind before committing color to canvas. Each exercise begins with a calming, breathing, meditation-like experience to get you into a relaxed, creative space.

Here’s a short list of supplies/materials to bring to the workshop:

-Any white surface like copy paper, poster board, canvas paper or boards (two of any surface)

-Coloring mediums such as acrylic paint, oil pastels, crayons, colored markers or pencils in 6-8 colors including red, blue, green, yellow, white, black…the more, the better.

-Creative tools to include various size brushes, sponge brushes or sponges…anything that can apply color to a surface

-Water cup for diluting color, for acrylic paint only

-Plastic covering to protect your creative surface

-Apron to protect clothing

-A curious mind & open heart!
