Leading Other People To Success Weekly Group Session Every Wednesday. (3 Weeks in a Month for Class of 6)

We've spent decades working with clients to transform their workplace dynamics, resulting in enthusiastic and engaged employees who thrive in a positive culture and achieve sustainable results.  Our program, "Leading Others to Success," takes a non-judgmental approach to leadership development, focusing on individual requirements and exploring personal dynamics that impact communication and builds authentic harmony in all relationships to produce better results.  

This Masterclass is for 6 persons - to create a real-life experience to share difficult conversations you encounter in your business life.  This will impact your personal, social and family relationships and enrich your understanding of how to Lead Others to Success.  The space created is safe, secure, and empowering.  You need to be ready to share your experiences without judgement or restrictions; and at the same time, you need only share to the degree you feel you can.  

Transformation comes as you realize many challenges in Leading Others to Success are common to men and women alike; and some are different by our nature.  You will learn ways to navigate and overcome obstacles and go onto to gain enrichment in communication, relationships and performance success.

On this Masterclass, you will gain: 

• A personal understanding of your Gender Dynamics Intelligence (GDI) leadership archetype; Ruler, Philosopher, Magician or Sovereign
• Real-life shared learning experience to enrich your conversation techniques: there will be breakout sessions during each Masterclass
• Significant practical solutions to take away and practice between the Masterclasses: on completion you will have the option to book another Masterclass series if you need further support or attend our other programs that build you and your team to greater authentic harmony.
