At Corporate Heart International, our mission is to empower leaders to achieve success through emotional integrity and operational excellence. We've spent decades working with clients to transform their workplace dynamics, resulting in enthusiastic and engaged employees who thrive in a positive culture and achieve sustainable results.

Our program, "Leading Others to Success," takes a non-judgmental approach to leadership development, focusing on individual requirements and exploring personal dynamics that impact communication and relationships to produce better results. We're committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and invite everyone equally to an experiential, natural approach to work, using archetypes, stories, and conversational techniques.

We also welcome men to embrace a new perspective and invite women to top influencing roles alongside them, harnessing multiple talents and different perspectives for a better business environment. Our program encourages participants to listen, observe, engage without judgment, be curious, and explore new possibilities for success.

This course is available in two formats: a 3-half-day Zoom session or a 1.5-day in-house session with a maximum of 12 participants. We also offer additional coaching sessions, a downloadable workbook and reading list, 2.5 hours of video footage, a certificate of completion, and an eBook, "The Power of Authentic Harmony."

Through the 5-step approach of Educate, Engage, Embed, Evolve, and Deliver Excellence, participants will discover the four reactive behavior archetypes, learn how to identify and understand them, and use this knowledge to create real synergy in the workplace. They'll also learn strategies for overcoming gender-related challenges and creating a more inclusive and equitable work environment.

By combining emotion and logic, our program defuses tensions and personality conflicts, leading to measurable performance and business outcomes. Participants can expect increased productivity and efficiency, improved communication and collaboration, and greater inclusivity and equity in the workplace.

Furthermore, when this program is part of a long-term vision for cultures, additional outcomes may include enhanced leadership skills, increased employee engagement and satisfaction, and improved business results. We measure and evaluate change over time, using surveys, interviews, and other methods to ensure the course has a positive impact on the organization and its employees.

No prior knowledge is required, but participants must be willing to share situations without judgment and have printed materials as directed. They must also have reliable internet for on-screen sessions with clear audio and visual.

SYLLABUS

LEADING OTHERS TO SUCCESS PROGRAM

This program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to create Real Synergy in the workplace by understanding and utilizing “The Power of Authentic Harmony” and how natural attributes and talents of men and women contribute to higher outputs together.

Course Objectives:

  • To educate and inspire you as a leader “leading other” with emotional integrity and operational excellence aligned.

  • To understand and utilize “The Power of Authentic Harmony” maximizing the Gender Dynamics Intelligence (GDI) Navigation Map.

  • To discover the four GDI reactive behavior archetypes and how to identify them.

  • To learn how to understand how these GDI archetypes interact and use this knowledge to understand others and create Real Synergy in the workplace.

  • To provide strategies for addressing and overcoming gender-related challenges.

  • To provide best practices for creating a more inclusive and equitable work environment.

 

Course Outline:

 

The program will cover the following topics:

 

1) Introduction to Leading Others to Success

  • Corporate Heart International's mission and approach

  • The program's objectives and expected outcomes

 

2) Understanding “The Power of Authentic Harmony”

  • The combination of emotion (heart) and logic (head) experiences and involvement

  • Defusing tensions and personality conflicts

  • Measurable performance and business outcomes

 

3) Gender Dynamics Intelligence Navigation Map

  • Inviting everyone equally and without judgement to an experiential natural approach to life at work

  • Using archetypes, stories, and conversational techniques

  • Welcoming men to become aware of a new perspective when inviting women to top influencing roles alongside them, harnessing the multiple talents and the many different perspectives gathering for their business environment.

 

4) Reactive Behavior Archetypes

  • Discovering the four reactive behavior archetypes and how to identify them.

  • Understanding how these archetypes interact and experience this knowledge to understand others and create Real Synergy in the workplace.

 

5) Strategies for Addressing Gender-Related Challenges

  • Providing strategies for addressing and overcoming gender-related challenges

  • Best practices for creating a more inclusive and equitable work environment.

 

6) The 5 Steps to Excellence

  • Step-by-step approach to creating real synergy in the workplace.

  • Educate, Engage, Embed, Evolve, and Deliver Excellence

 

Course Details:

  • Additional coaching session of 90 mins each for each participant is available prior or post workshop (available at a additional fee per participant
